Trail-running festival
The next edition of the "TrailDoloMitica", a trail-running festival, is on Saturday 28 August 2021, in one of the most evocative settings of the DOLOMITES certified by UNESCO as "natural heritage of humanity". A challenging TRAIL for the most demanding, suggestive for nature lovers, panoramic and accessible for everyone. The TrailDoloMitica ECO-MARATHON THE ECOMARATHON OF THE DOLOMITES - 42 km D + 2,100 meters and The TrailDoloMitica ECO-TRAIL 22 km D + 1,150 meters, an event between the nature and culture of Val Comelico. A great sporting event that is proposed as an experience open to all fans in a landscape of incomparable beauty.
The routes are suitable for everyone, for those who run and for advanced hikers. Everyone is important, from top-runners to the last, this is the philosophy of the organizers. In the first part of the route you cross the villages with their history and culture, illustrated by the wooden sculptures, the “stua” and the churches. Then we proceed along the wonderful woods and pastures to reach over 2000 meters with breathtaking views in a regenerating nature. A suggestive and rewarding run or walk for everyone in the wonderful nature of Val Comelico. No time limits and then food and music and lots of prizes to be drawn. The first 10 M / F classified will be awarded.
